My name is Katy and I am the happiest Sheltie that there ever was. My tail wags non-stop when I see people because I want them to snuggle with me and in return I give them lots of Sheltie kisses. I bark at other dogs when we go on walks, but only because I want to meet every dog in the neighborhood. I came into NVSR as a stray and I was pregnant. Eventually, I gave birth to two beautiful Sheltie puppies, and they have already found great homes. Now it is my turn to find a forever home.
